de todos los sectores se reunir\u00e1n en una serie de consultas que terminan con una Cumbre del Gran Sur para contribuir de manera colectiva a un futuro nuevo e inclusivo para la humanidad mediante la definici\u00f3n de una Tercera V\u00eda de Desarrollo y la articulaci\u00f3n de un plan de acci\u00f3n com\u00fan para su materializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El ConGreS se convoca en consonancia con las aspiraciones de la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de la Educaci\u00f3n Equilibrada e Inclusiva (DUEEI), la cual proclama, en el Art\u00edculo XV, que el\u00ab<em>Sur Global [\u2026] se encuentra en una posici\u00f3n \u00fanica para construir y adoptar de manera colectiva una Tercera V\u00eda de Desarrollo alternativa e inclusiva [\u2026] fundada en el esp\u00edritu del multilateralismo, la solidaridad y la auto determinaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00bb. En el contexto de un mundo en constante cambio, el ConGreS est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para brindar una plataforma colectiva al Sur Global con el fin de abordar las preguntas y los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s
