Se trata de un concepto innovador, o una nueva Tercera V\u00eda de Desarrollo, el cual busca promover la igualdad y la equidad en el Sur Global que incluye pa\u00edses en \u00c1frica, Am\u00e9rica Latina, Asia, Medio Oriente y la regi\u00f3n del Caribe.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el mundo interconectado y en constante cambio de la actualidad, la educaci\u00f3n es fundamental para construir sociedades inclusivas y promover el desarrollo sostenible; sin embargo, los sistemas educativos actuales en el Sur Global est\u00e1n muy distanciados de las realidades cotidianas de sus ciudadanos y sus comunidades. Por ejemplo, existe menos di\u00e1logo entre los sistemas escolares y las comunidades; en tanto que, el conocimiento no acad\u00e9mico, a menudo basado en la conectividad cultural y la interconexi\u00f3n, queda relegado en los m\u00e1rgenes de los sistemas educativos aceptados. Para lograr una verdadera Educaci\u00f3n Equilibrada e Inclusiva se requiere m\u00e1s que solo garantizar el acceso a las escuelas: implica abrazar diversas perspectivas, empoderar a las comunidades marginadas e incorporar la sabidur\u00eda local en los sistemas educativos.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mayor\u00eda de los sistemas educativos en el Sur Global fueron heredados de las antiguas potencias coloniales y, en consecuencia, a\u00fan se basan en una forma desequilibrada de aprendizaje cultural. Se cuestiona el valor de un plan curricular o concepto educativo que no se adapta a las necesidades y los valores actuales de desarrollo, sociales o tradicionales.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El enfoque primordial de la EEI es transformar mediante el uso de un enfoque pol\u00edtico sist\u00e9mico con marcos que prioricen la equidad, la diversidad y la inclusi\u00f3n. La implementaci\u00f3n del enfoque pol\u00edtico implicar\u00e1 desarrollar capacidades institucionales en los Estados Miembros para abordar las barreras sist\u00e9micas, promover pr\u00e1cticas inclusivas en todos los niveles del sistema educativo y ofrecer experiencia en desarrollo curricular, formaci\u00f3n de docentes, metodolog\u00edas de evaluaci\u00f3n y pedagog\u00edas inclusivas que mejoren la calidad y la relevancia de la educaci\u00f3n para todos los estudiantes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69d38a3 dce_masking-none elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"69d38a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/osc.int\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/osc-article-balanced-inclusive-education-2-1024x683.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-74715\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/osc.int\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/osc-article-balanced-inclusive-education-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/osc.int\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/osc-article-balanced-inclusive-education-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/osc.int\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/osc-article-balanced-inclusive-education-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/osc.int\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/osc-article-balanced-inclusive-education-2.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05154f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"05154f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Instituto OCS fue inaugurado hace poco y est\u00e1 ubicado en la sede en Ad\u00eds Abeba, un edificio moderno, para acoger el primer programa de capacitaci\u00f3n intensiva de 2 meses programado para abril de 2024. El objetivo de este programa es convocar a 84 funcionarios de los Ministerios de Educaci\u00f3n, tales como expertos t\u00e9cnicos en dise\u00f1o curricular de alto nivel, profesionales capacitados y formuladores de pol\u00edticas de los Estados Miembros. El objetivo es reforzar las capacidades institucionales en Educaci\u00f3n Equilibrada e Inclusiva, investigaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n transdisciplinarias, desarrollo de tecnolog\u00eda end\u00f3gena (de origen interno o local) y transformaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, la OCS ha logrado avances significativos en el impulso de la Educaci\u00f3n Equilibrada e Inclusiva mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras y marcos digitales. Con el lanzamiento del Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n del Gran Sur (GreSIS-Greater South Information System) y el Nexo de Recursos de Enriquecimiento del Aprendizaje del Gran Sur (GreSLERN-Greater South Learning Enrichment Resources Nexus), la OCS ha facilitado el desarrollo y la provisi\u00f3n de herramientas digitales a los Estados Miembros. Mediante estas herramientas, se puede desarrollar contenido de aprendizaje interactivo y contextualizado. Al ofrecer estos recursos de manera gratuita y en un formato avanzado, de c\u00f3digo abierto y personalizable, la OCS personifica los principios de equilibrio e inclusi\u00f3n no solo dentro del \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico, sino tambi\u00e9n en diversas disciplinas, con el fin de garantizar que nadie sea ignorado.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al abogar por la implementaci\u00f3n de un enfoque pol\u00edtico sist\u00e9mico para desarrollar sistemas educativos que celebren la diversidad, fomenten la inclusi\u00f3n y empoderen a los estudiantes para ser agentes de cambio positivo en sus comunidades y otros entornos, la OCS desempe\u00f1a un rol esencial de forma continua en apoyo de los esfuerzos colaborativos y solidarios entre fronteras con el fin de construir un futuro m\u00e1s equitativo e inclusivo desde el Sur, por el Sur y para la humanidad.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Educaci\u00f3n Equilibrada e Inclusiva (EEI), pilar fundamental de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Cooperaci\u00f3n del Sur (OCS), no se limita al aprendizaje acad\u00e9mico, ya que implica fomentar el pensamiento cr\u00edtico y el respeto por la diversidad cultural y social.
