L\u2019Organisation de Coop\u00e9ration du Sud (OCS) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 29 janvier 2020 par des pays et des organisations issus du Grand Sud, lors du Sommet international sur l\u2019\u00c9ducation \u00c9quilibr\u00e9e et Inclusive (IIIe ForumBIE 2030) qui s\u2019est tenu en R\u00e9publique de Djibouti.<\/p>

En tant que premi\u00e8re Organisation intergouvernementale du Grand Sud, par une initiative du Grand Sud, l\u2019OCS se positionne comme un Instrument de coop\u00e9ration intellectuelle, technique et financi\u00e8re, ainsi qu\u2019une plateforme de solidarit\u00e9 entre ses \u00c9tats Membres et ses Membres Associ\u00e9s dans la qu\u00eate d\u2019une Troisi\u00e8me Voie de D\u00e9veloppement \u2013 initi\u00e9e par le Sud, pour l\u2019Humanit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Le Grand Sud est constitu\u00e9 de pays, de peuples et de cultures extr\u00eamement divers et partageant simultan\u00e9ment des caract\u00e9ristiques syst\u00e9miques, des d\u00e9fis et des aspirations. Le Sud est donc particuli\u00e8rement bien plac\u00e9 pour construire et adopter collectivement une Troisi\u00e8me Voie de D\u00e9veloppement qui prenne ses sources dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation et qui est mue par l\u2019esprit de multilat\u00e9ralisme, de solidarit\u00e9 et d\u2019autod\u00e9termination.<\/p>

L\u2019OCS se positionne donc comme un espace commun et un instrument collectif de coop\u00e9ration multilat\u00e9rale sur le plan intellectuel, technique et financier entre les pays du Grand Sud. Cette coop\u00e9ration est mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 travers le d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9canismes innovants de coordination et de n\u00e9gociation collective devant permettre de r\u00e9aliser la vision et les aspirations proclam\u00e9es dans la D\u00e9claration Universelle de l\u2019\u00c9ducation \u00c9quilibr\u00e9e et Inclusive (DUEEI), \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans son mandat, ses plans et ses programmes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

C\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e chaque 18 mai en vertue d\u2019une R\u00e9solution de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la Journ\u00e9e de l\u2019OCS marque l\u2019anniversaire de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la Charte Constitutive de l\u2019Organisation. Cette \u00e9tape historique a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie le 18 mai 2021, moins d\u2019un an et quatre mois apr\u00e8s le Sommet fondateur de janvier 2020.
