Manssour Bin Mussallam, a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 le gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale du Nig\u00e9ria pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de son instrument d&rsquo;acceptation avant l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, qui se tiendra en d\u00e9cembre 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 que l&rsquo;Organisation \u00e9tait pr\u00eate \u00e0 soutenir les efforts et les initiatives entrepris par la R\u00e9publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale du Nig\u00e9ria pour r\u00e9aliser la D\u00e9claration Universelle pour une \u00c9ducation \u00c9quilibr\u00e9e et Inclusive (DUEEI) afin de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l&rsquo;aspiration du pays \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et inclusif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral-\u00e9lu poursuivra des consultations \u00e9troites avec les \u00c9tats membres de l&rsquo;Organisation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la convocation de la premi\u00e8re Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l&rsquo;OCE o\u00f9 seront adopt\u00e9 le cadre strat\u00e9gique, le programme et le budget ainsi que d&rsquo;autres propositions pr\u00e9par\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9 pr\u00e9paratoire de l&rsquo;OCE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Context :<\/em><br><em>L&rsquo;OCE a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e le 29 janvier 2020 par des pays du Sud global en tant qu&rsquo;instrument de coop\u00e9ration intellectuelle, technique et financi\u00e8re et de solidarit\u00e9 entre ses \u00c9tats membres ainsi que ses membres associ\u00e9s.
