Le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Organisation de coop\u00e9ration en \u00e9ducation (OCE), S. Exc. M. Manssour Bin Mussallam, a tenu mardi un \u00e9change fructueux avec les autorit\u00e9s du minist\u00e8re nicaraguayen de l’\u00e9ducation, au cours duquel des sujets d’int\u00e9r\u00eat commun tels que l’\u00e9ducation, l’innovation et le d\u00e9veloppement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s.<\/p>

Avec son entourage, Bin Mussallam a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u par S.E. M. Salvador Vanegas Guido, conseiller du pr\u00e9sident pour l’\u00e9ducation, et le ministre de l’\u00e9ducation, S.E. Mme Lilliam Esperanza Herrera dans l’auditorium Ruben Dario du minist\u00e8re de l’\u00c9ducation.<\/p>

Au cours des dialogues, des lignes concr\u00e8tes de coop\u00e9ration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es : la formation des enseignants, l’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la technologie ainsi que la promotion et la visualisation des projets de recherche.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 la pertinence d’une \u00e9ducation qui reconna\u00eet le contexte comme cl\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard :<\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons besoin d’une \u00e9ducation qui reconnaisse nos contextes, nos r\u00e9alit\u00e9s, nos aspirations locales, individuelles et nationales, ainsi que nos principes universels\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>

Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 le mandat de l’OEC d’accompagner le Minist\u00e8re de l’Education (MINED) et le Gouvernement de R\u00e9conciliation et d’Unit\u00e9 dans la construction collective de nouvelles voies pour parvenir au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 partir d’une \u00e9ducation r\u00e9ellement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et inclusive.<\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons \u00e9chang\u00e9 et convenu de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser ce changement de paradigme et nous avons parl\u00e9, de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus concr\u00e8te, de projets et de domaines dans lesquels l’Organisation pourra aider le minist\u00e8re de l’\u00c9ducation et le gouvernement du Nicaragua \u00e0 atteindre la vision et les engagements de la D\u00e9claration universelle pour une \u00e9ducation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et inclusive (UDBIE) \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Il a ajout\u00e9 qu’il s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 faciliter l’\u00e9change d’exp\u00e9riences du MINED et d’autres pays du Sud, \u00ab\u00a0qui bien que diff\u00e9rents dans leurs cultures, leurs trajectoires historiques, partagent certaines caract\u00e9ristiques, d\u00e9fis et aspirations syst\u00e9miques et c’est le r\u00f4le de cette Organisation de l’\u00c9ducation La coop\u00e9ration, comme espace commun qui appartient aux \u00c9tats \u00bb.<\/p>

Entre-temps, Esperanza Herrera a promis que les aspirations communes au sein de la diversit\u00e9 se concr\u00e9tiseraient dans des projets tangibles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Vanegas Guido a poursuivi en mentionnant que l’OCE promeut la coop\u00e9ration entre les pays du Sud afin de construire une meilleure \u00e9ducation comme un droit fondamental du peuple.<\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0Il y a eu un \u00e9change de visions qui existent et de ce qui se passe au Nicaragua. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 heureux de voir que nous sommes profond\u00e9ment d’accord avec la vision de cette organisation internationale, qui promeut la croissance des capacit\u00e9s des enseignants, \u00e0 travailler pour un monde plus juste monde, sur la base des valeurs que l’\u00e9ducation construit \u00bb.<\/p>

\u00c0 la fin, Esperanza Herrera et Vanegas Guido ont souhait\u00e9 la bienvenue au Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 que le Nicaragua participera activement \u00e0 cette organisation et \u00e0 la D\u00e9claration universelle sur l’\u00e9ducation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et inclusive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
