Elle englobe le d\u00e9veloppement de la pens\u00e9e critique et le respect de la diversit\u00e9 culturelle et sociale. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un concept novateur, autrement, d\u2019une Troisi\u00e8me Voie de D\u00e9veloppement visant \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans le Sud, qui comprend les pays d\u2019Afrique, d\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine, d\u2019Asie, du Moyen-Orient et de la r\u00e9gion des Cara\u00efbes.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le monde interconnect\u00e9 et en \u00e9volution rapide d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019\u00e9ducation constitue la pierre angulaire de la construction des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s inclusives et de la promotion du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Pourtant, les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs actuels dans les pays du Sud sont assez \u00e9loign\u00e9s des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s quotidiennes de leurs citoyens et de leurs communaut\u00e9s. Ainsi, il y a moins de dialogue entre les syst\u00e8mes scolaires et les communaut\u00e9s, les connaissances non acad\u00e9miques, souvent bas\u00e9es sur la connectivit\u00e9 culturelle et l\u2019interconnexion, sont en marge des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs accept\u00e9s. Pour parvenir \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation v\u00e9ritablement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et inclusive, il ne suffit pas d\u2019assurer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9coles, mais de tenir \u00e9galement compte de la diversit\u00e9 des points de vue, de donner des moyens d\u2019action aux communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es et d\u2019int\u00e9grer la sagesse locale dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La plupart des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs des pays du Sud ont \u00e9t\u00e9 h\u00e9rit\u00e9s des anciennes puissances coloniales et sont donc encore centr\u00e9s sur une forme culturelle d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage. Certains s\u2019interrogent sur l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019un programme ou d\u2019un concept \u00e9ducatif qui ne s\u2019applique pas au d\u00e9veloppement moderne, aux besoins sociaux ou traditionnels et encore moins aux valeurs.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectif principal de la p\u00e9dagogie BIE est de transformer, en s\u2019appuyant sur une approche politique syst\u00e9mique avec des cadres qui donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion, tout en renfor\u00e7ant les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles au sein des \u00c9tats Membres. Ce programme r\u00e9unira 84 fonctionnaires provenant des Minist\u00e8res de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, parmi les experts techniques de haut niveau en mati\u00e8re de conception de programmes d\u2019enseignement, les professionnels qualifi\u00e9s et des d\u00e9cideurs politiques issus des \u00c9tats Membres, l\u2019objectif \u00e9tant de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00c9ducation \u00c9quilibr\u00e9e et Inclusive, de recherche et de production transdisciplinaires, de technologies et de d\u00e9veloppement endog\u00e8nes (d\u2019origine interne ou produits localement) et de transformation \u00e9conomique strat\u00e9gique.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, l\u2019OCS a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s consid\u00e9rables en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et inclusive gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de technologies innovantes et de cadres num\u00e9riques. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son lancement du Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Information du Grand Sud (GreSIS) et du R\u00e9seau de ressources du Grand Sud pour l&rsquo;enrichissement de l&rsquo;apprentissage (GresLERN), l\u2019OCS a facilit\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement et la fourniture d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques aux \u00c9tats Membres. Ces outils permettent de cr\u00e9er des contenus d\u2019apprentissage interactifs et contextualis\u00e9s.
