  1. \u00a0<\/strong>Nous, Comit\u00e9 Minist\u00e9riel de l\u2019Union de Levier Commun des D\u00e9biteurs (CLUB), ayant tenu notre premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union ordinaire \u00e0 Addis-Abeba, en \u00c9thiopie, du 2 au 4 juin 2024,<\/li>\n
  2. Ayant examin\u00e9 avec satisfaction les points inscrits \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour ainsi que les propositions faites par le Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral en soutien \u00e0 la mission et aux objectifs du CLUB,<\/li>\n
  3. Ayant examin\u00e9 les conditions de la dette de nos \u00c9tats Membres, en vue d\u2019obtenir un all\u00e8gement de la dette et un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des financements hautement concessionnels, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux pr\u00e9occupations l\u00e9gitimes des pays du Grand Sud et de mieux servir nos peuples,<\/li>\n
  4. Ayant maintenant collectivement pris un certain nombre de d\u00e9cisions, \u00e0 l’effet d’institutionnaliser nos processus et de renforcer notre union tout en assurant la collaboration entre nos Membres,<\/li>\n
  5. Ayant re\u00e7u de Sa Saintet\u00e9 le Pape Fran\u00e7ois, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de Son Excellence le Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un message de bonne volont\u00e9, et ayant exprim\u00e9 notre reconnaissance \u00e0 l’endroit de Sa Saintet\u00e9 pour avoir renforc\u00e9 notre d\u00e9termination morale dans nos efforts collectifs en faveur d\u2019une architecture financi\u00e8re internationale plus \u00e9quitable et plus juste,<\/li>\n
  6. Avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous r\u00e9unir \u00e0 nouveau en session extraordinaire dans le courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e afin de d\u00e9terminer les prochaines actions prioritaires pour atteindre les objectifs communs de nos \u00c9tats Membres.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
