Depuis son lancement le 29 janvier 2024, l\u2019<strong>Institut de l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration Sud (OSCI)<\/strong> m\u00e8ne la charge pour <strong>promouvoir<\/strong> une <strong>\u00e9ducation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et inclusive<\/strong> <strong>(EEI)<\/strong> \u00e0 travers un <strong>Programme de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s<\/strong> (PRC), amor\u00e7ant un \u00e9lan qui d\u00e9passe les mod\u00e8les \u00e9ducatifs traditionnels d&rsquo;inspiration eurocentrique. \u00c0 partir du 15 avril 2024, l\u2019Institut de l\u2019OCS a inaugur\u00e9 des sessions de PRC, visant \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s nationales pour un syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif \u00e0 la fois \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et inclusif.<\/p><p>B\u00e2ti sur les quatre piliers du cadre EEI \u2014 l\u2019intraculturalit\u00e9, la dialectique, la transdisciplinarit\u00e9 et la contextualit\u00e9 \u2014, le programme a accueilli des participants de <strong>15 pays<\/strong>, membres de l\u2019OCS ainsi que du Grand Sud, formant une cohorte d&rsquo;experts engag\u00e9s \u00e0 devenir non seulement des ambassadeurs de la d\u00e9marche EEI et de ses valeurs, mais aussi capables d\u2019int\u00e9grer ces principes dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs, diffusant leur savoir aupr\u00e8s de leurs pairs dans leurs pays respectifs.<\/p><p>Avec trois cohortes d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9es, chacune ayant suivi un <strong>programme intensif<\/strong> de deux mois ax\u00e9 sur le cadre conceptuel de l\u2019EEI, ce r\u00e9seau en pleine expansion d&rsquo;acteurs du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de d\u00e9cideurs politiques s&rsquo;\u00e9tend d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 travers les continents. Leur mission commune est sans \u00e9quivoque : <strong>impulser un changement syst\u00e9mique dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation en phase avec le cadre conceptuel de l\u2019EEI<\/strong>. Ce voyage transformateur forme des agents de changement qui sont convaincus que l&rsquo;apprentissage ne se limite pas \u00e0 la transmission de connaissances, mais qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit plut\u00f4t d&rsquo;un \u00e9change profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9 dans les valeurs de l&rsquo;EEI et dans les contextes culturels sp\u00e9cifiques qui influent sur chaque communaut\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Approche du formateur des formateurs : Transformation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des acteurs du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation comp\u00e9tents <\/strong><\/p><p>Le programme tire sa force de sa strat\u00e9gie de formation des formateurs, permettant \u00e0 chaque participant de devenir un formateur comp\u00e9tent, capable de diffuser les connaissances en EEI dans son pays. Ainsi, il se constitue un r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;ambassadeurs de l\u2019EEI r\u00e9partis au sein des minist\u00e8res, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des organisations. Dans ce programme de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, les formateurs suivent une m\u00e9thodologie structur\u00e9e en trois \u00e9tapes :<\/p><ol><li>Renforcement des connaissances et de la compr\u00e9hension<\/li><li>Association des savoirs et des comp\u00e9tences<\/li><li>Int\u00e9gration des outils et approches EEI en coh\u00e9rence avec les strat\u00e9gies \u00e9ducatives nationales<\/li><\/ol><p>Ces \u00e9tapes s\u2019articulent de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente pour doter les participants des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de changements significatifs et transformateurs. \u00c9quip\u00e9s de ces outils, ils retournent dans leurs pays avec la capacit\u00e9 non seulement d&rsquo;enseigner, mais aussi de soutenir leurs coll\u00e8gues dans l\u2019adaptation du cadre BIE \u00e0 leur contexte national, assurant ainsi un impact durable et \u00e9volutif sur divers syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs.<\/p><p><strong>Histoires d&rsquo;impact : le r\u00e9seau EEI en action<\/strong><\/p><p>La transformation op\u00e9r\u00e9e est \u00e0 la fois individuelle et syst\u00e9mique. De retour dans leurs pays, les participants apportent une vision globale et approfondie du changement dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9duction, adoptant une approche qui red\u00e9finit les savoirs, valorise le contexte et int\u00e8gre les connaissances non acad\u00e9miques dans le processus d\u2019apprentissage. Voici quelques r\u00e9cits illustrant l\u2019impact profond de ce r\u00e9seau de formateurs :<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u00c9quipe \u00c9thiopie \u2013 Sensibilisation et R\u00e9seaux de Conscience<\/strong><br \/>En \u00c9thiopie, des anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont organis\u00e9 des ateliers de sensibilisation ciblant le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation et le Service national des examens et de l\u2019\u00e9valuation (NEAES). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une introduction compl\u00e8te \u00e0 l\u2019EEI, ils ont collabor\u00e9 avec des acteurs cl\u00e9s, partageant des perspectives sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration des programmes et l\u2019\u00e9valuation syst\u00e9mique. Il y a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience au sein du PRC de l\u2019EEI, mettant en avant l\u2019int\u00e9gration des savoirs endog\u00e8nes dans les pratiques \u00e9ducatives contemporaines. Son intervention, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab L\u2019avenir de l\u2019\u00e9ducation endog\u00e8ne en Afrique \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un programme qui honore le patrimoine culturel africain tout en pr\u00e9parant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour un monde globalis\u00e9. Thomas s\u2019engage d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 former les acteurs du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation au Ghana sur ce mod\u00e8le int\u00e9gr\u00e9, favorisant ainsi une approche EEI qui respecte les savoirs locaux.<\/li><li><strong>Loyce Alinafe Chisale \u2013 Malawi<\/strong><br \/>En tant que sp\u00e9cialiste des programmes \u00e0 l\u2019Institut de l\u2019\u00c9ducation du Malawi, Loyce est sortie du programme de l\u2019EEI avec une nouvelle capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des forums de politiques de haut niveau. Ses sessions ont mis en lumi\u00e8re les quatre piliers de l\u2019EEI et leur application dans le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif tchadien. James Kodjie \u2013 Ghana<\/strong><br \/>Membres de l\u2019Union des \u00e9tudiants africains (AASU), Hilda et James ont introduit la d\u00e9marche EEI dans les op\u00e9rations du Secr\u00e9tariat de l\u2019AASU. Ils ont dirig\u00e9 des sessions de formation exhaustives ax\u00e9es sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration du personnel \u00e0 la plateforme GreSIS, un outil de transformation soutenu par le cadre EEI.
