“The OSC Institute’s flagship capacity-building programme on Balanced and Inclusive Education (BIE), which began on 15 April 2024, is heading towards its completion, with participants well-entrenched and equipped on various aspects of the BIE conceptual framework. The two-month programme held at the OSC headquarters in Addis Ababa brought together government officials and technical experts from academic institutes across Member States.
