The 2nd Ordinary General Assembly of the Organisation of Southern Cooperation (OSC) will take place in Addis Ababa from 25-28 November 2024.

OSC Member States and Associate Members will gather to advance towards a Third Way of Development—from and by the GreaterSouth, for Humanity—and foster a new multilateralism based on equity and solidarity.

Since its founding, the OSC has been dedicated to building a more equitable, people-centred future for its Member States, fostering initiatives on Balanced and Inclusive Education, Transdisciplinary Research, Endogenous Technologies, and Finance for Development.
