Gaspard Twagirayezu, Minister of Education; Paula Ingabire, Minister of ICT & Innovation, and Ambassador Christine Nkulikiyinka, CEO Rwanda Cooperation.
The exchanges focused on exploring areas of collaboration and cooperation on Endogenous Technology, Transdisciplinary Research, Balance and Inclusive Education, and Financing for Development.
