On 17 May 2024, Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam hosted a reception, at the organisation’s headquarters, for Member States, ambassadors, diplomats, and OSC staff members on the occasion of the commemoration of the #OSCday, which commemorates the Entry into Force of the Constitutive Charter of the Organisation of Southern Cooperation on 18 May 2021.
