The Second Regional Consultation of the Congress of the Greater South (ConGreS) in Latin America and the Caribbean was held on 8-9 August 2024 at the University of Panama with Scientists, Writers, Artists, and Civil Society groups.
The Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam; Eng. Jorge Calzoni, President of the Union of Latin American and the Caribbean Universities (UDUALC) and Chair of the OSC Conference of Associate Members; Prof. Hirut Woldemariam, OSC Under-Secretary-General for Research, Evaluation, and Foresight (REEF), and Dr. Eduardo Flores Castro, Rector of the University of Panama addressed the welcoming remarks.
