In Buenos Aires, Argentina, the Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam addressed the Lecture-Debate “Del Sur al Gran Sur” (from the South to the Greater South), at the Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero.
The Secretary-General and Aníbal Jozami, Rector emeritus of the University, discuss the idea of the Greater South –its origin, rationale, and relevance– in understanding the need for a new form of multilateralism that is based on equality, equity and solidarity as well as mutual cooperation in addressing development challenges and planetary threats of our era.
