The Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam undertook an official visit to Niger, during which he met Ibrahim Sidi, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Alio Daouda, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance; Dr Elisabeth Sherif, Minister of National Education, Literacy, Vocational Education and Promotion of National Languages; Mohamed Zeiden, Director-General of the Ministry of National Education; and Samba Mamadou Ousman, Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister.

The exchanges explored areas of collaboration and cooperation in Endogenous Technology, Transdisciplinary Research, Balance and Inclusive Education, and Financing for Development.
