The Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam held a fruitful meeting with H.E. Éléonore Yayi Ladekan, Minister for Higher Education and Scientific Research of Benin.
They exchanged on the synergies between the OSC programme and Benin’s national development goals and explored areas of collaboration in capacity-building, technology development, and transdisciplinary research.
