As part of his participation at the 19th CII India Africa Business Conclave in New Delhi, the Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam, together with Ministers, Secretaries of State and high-level executives, addressed the session “Leveraging Regional Production Networks to Enhance Global Value Chains”.
The Secretary General focused, from the perspective of enhanced South-South cooperation and mutually beneficial partnerships of equals, on the imperative of ensuring high value added industrialisation and accelerated regional integration.
