The senior experts and officials in curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment from 8 countries graduate from the two-month intensive capacity-building programme of the OSC Institute in Balanced and Inclusive Education (BIE). 

The purpose of the BIE programme is to enable the nationally-led transformation of our education systems in line with the Universal Declaration of Balanced and Inclusive Education. Today’s graduates are now equipped, not only with individual skills, but the capacity, upon their return to their home institutions, to cascade the capacity-building programme to their peers.
