   By supporting technological advancements that respond to local needs, the OSC reduces reliance on imported solutions.    Through its Financial Subsidiary, the OSC supports Member States in securing funding for a Third Way of development. Acting as a third-party guarantor for development-related loans, it helps members focus on infrastructure and capacity-building, free from the pressures of foreign debt.

   The OSC collaborates with members to develop policies that reflect local needs and priorities. By empowering Member States to establish their own frameworks, the OSC promotes self-sufficiency and community-driven solutions.
