8 September 2025, Addis Ababa — The Secretary-General, H.E. Manssour Bin Mussallam, held a fruitful meeting with H.E. Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, in Addis Ababa.

The discussions focused on advancing solidary South–South instruments, establishing endogenous innovation hubs, moving the Bridgetown Initiative 3.0 beyond lip service, and transforming an international order that continues to marginalise the Greater South.

“The Organisation of Southern Cooperation is committed to partnering with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines—and with the wider Caribbean—so that their visionary and legitimate voice is not confined to potent symbolism, but becomes authentic representation, translated into effective decisions and equitable transformation,” stated the Secretary-General.
