Addis Ababa, 16 December 2025 — The Secretary-General, Manssour Bin Mussallam, addressed the Institute of Foreign Affairs in Addis Ababa yesterday on “A Third Way: the Greater South Amidst Global Disorder.”
The exchange provided an opportunity for a substantive discussion on the pathways opening for the peoples and countries of the Greater South.
“Ours is the collective, historic responsibility to forge a more equitable global order—for the South and North alike,” stated the Secretary-General.
