On the margins of the First Meeting of the Ministerial Committee of the Common Leveraging Union of Borrowers (CLUB), the Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam hosted at OSC Headquarters delegations from Member States attending the First Meeting of the Ministerial Committee (MC) of the Common Leverage Borrowers’ Union (CLUB). The delegations visited the OSC Institute, the Library and the different places in which the Organisation develops the different flagship programmes for its Member States.
