During his official visit to The Gambia, the Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam held meetings with Hon. Mamadou Tangara, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad; Hon. Seedy Keita, Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs; Hon. Claudiana A. Cole, Minister of Basic and Secondary Education; and Hon. Professor Pierre Gomez, Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology.

The Secretary-General and the Ministers explored areas of cooperation on Endogenous Technology, Education, and Sovereign Debt based on the OSC flagship programmes, in service of a Third Way of Development — from and by the South, for Humanity.
