In a monumental move towards advancing educational excellence and fostering South-South cooperation, the Organisation of Southern Cooperation (OSC) and the African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX) have joined hands to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This significant agreement aims to bolster collaboration and partnership between the two entities to enhance education, research, and socio-economic development across Ethiopia and Africa.
