On the occasion of the 2023 International Literacy Day, the OSC launched its Book Talk Series at its Headquarters. For its first session, OSC’s Secretary-General H.E. Manssour Bin Mussallam and Special Advisor to the Secretary-General for Institutional Learning and Knowledge Management, Dr. Jim Ocitti, led a discussion on Frantz Fanon’s book “Wretched of the Earth” and Paulo Freire’s seminal work “Pedagogy of the Oppressed.”
