The second capacity-building programme in Balanced and Inclusive Education (BIE) kicked-off today at the prestigious OSC Institute, located at the OSC Headquarters in Addis Ababa. The session began with an address by Dr. Shubhangi Sharma, Under-Secretary-General for Systemic and Endogenous Educational Development (SEED), addressing the senior experts of Member States and Associate Members specialised in curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
