The Secretary-General H.E. Manssour Bin Mussallam today signed a virtual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Professor Al-Khadher Nasser Laswar, Rector of the University of Aden in Yemen.

OSC will grant the University institutional access to GreSIS, allowing researchers and students to access all resources, both academic and non-academic. The University of Aden will upload its digital libraries and repositories to GreSIS, making its knowledge accessible in four OSC official languages to all OSC Member States and beyond.

Additionally, the University will participate in the FREYRE programme, sending and receiving students and scholars to and from other institutions, and will actively promote academic mobility opportunities through FREYRE and other scholarship programmes, enabling students and academics to utilise these opportunities.
