The Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam held a fruitful meeting with Mr Bharath Chari, Management Board Member of the XRP Ledger Foundation. The exchanges focused on tangible co-operation to leverage the potential of energy-efficient, low-cost blockchain technology for OSC Member States and the Peoples of the Greater South.
